Situated in the commune of Montvalezan, in the Savoie region, 4km from La Rosière ski resort. La Rosère being situated on a south facing slope, has a well deserved reputation for brilliant sunshine, together with an excellent snow record. La Rosière offers some excellent ski-ing for all levels of skiers and is the only ski resort in France to offer heli-sking through its link with La Thuile in Italy.

The chalet is currently for sale from plan. The chalet has a south facing aspect, with spectacular panoramic views of the Tarentaise Valley. Planned completion will be December 2006. The chalet will be finished to an exceptionally high quality and the design of the chalet will be Savoyarde Alpine, which is in keeping with the area.
